Access report peer review in NSW: 3 red flags certifiers should check
Does your access report say "complies" forty times with zero measurements? "Complies" isn't evidence.
Three red flags to check:
- No stated NCC edition or building class.
- An alteration with no affected-part check from the principal entrance to the new work.
- A Performance Solution with no Performance Requirement and no assessment method.
A peer review is an independent check before the CC or OC. It tells you what's sound and what needs fixing. Send us the report and plans for a fee proposal.
