Delivery was disrupted by two sub-consultants discontinuing business, but the architect admirably completed the design package without significant cost escalation or complaint. Tender documents across all disciplines were well coordinated with almost no variations due to documentation errors. Provided very good support during construction at the PCG meetings and assisted resolving construction issues. Considering the competing priorities of other more urgent NSW Land & Housing Corporation projects, did deliver within a reasonable time.'
